Recently used files menu

This sub-menu of the File menu, contains a list of recently used files (most recent first) plus the option to show files or aliases in the 'favorites' support folder.

Note that items opened from the lower section of the list (except from stationery files) will initially also list in the top section of the menu as they are indeed recently opened files.
