Access often-used files

The bottom part of the File -> Open Recent... menu holds non-expiring links to files or aliases in the optional (user-created) Favorites folder. This allows permanent links to most-often used TBXs (or aliases to them) or stationery TBXs. The Templates folder is re-scanned every time the recently used file list sub-menu is displayed ensuring items added during the current session are detected and added to the list.
