Use at the end of the finalize process to start the process of creating an initial/default HTML export file set based on the wizard's bundled TBX file and settings from the wizard, i.e. both embedded and user-set. Giving the user specimen output at outset can help them to understand the resulting source files' output more easily.
Used in conjunction with the Save tag. The latter sets the saved location of the exported weblog/project TBX.
