Highlight sub-menu

The Highlight sub-menu of the Style menu contains the following items and lists all predefined colors except white:

• normal
• yellow highlight
• red highlight
• blue highlight
• green highlight
• gray highlight (= cool gray)

The 'normal' color is a special placeholder color that allows the text/attribute to inherit a color based on existing preference/attribute settings. In case cases it defaults to no (highlight) color.
