Pattern sub-menu

This sub-menu of the Note menu, contains the following items:

• normal. Inherited pattern value
• plain. No pattern formatting.
• lines. Lines pattern.
• gradient. Basic gradient pattern.
• radial gradient. Radial gradient pattern.
• diagonal gradient. Diagonal gradient pattern.
• cylinder gradient. Cylinder gradient pattern.

The new vbar(), bar(), plot() and bargraph() patterns are not accessible from this menu - the must be set by an action, rule or by direct editing of the note's Pattern attribute.
