A Color-type attribute added in v5.5.0, OutlineBackgroundColor lets the user specifiy a color (named color or hex value) that is used as the background color of that note's listing in Outline view. The colour is carried across the width of the view including checkbox and column display areas.
With the default value of "automatic" the color used is simply the same as MapBackgroundColor; the inside of the checkboxes is always shown in MapBackgroundColor.
