Outline view icon popup menu

 Tinderbox Icon

From v4.0.0 left or right clicking the note icon in Outline view will pop up a menu of prototypes available in the current TBX. Selecting a list item will assign that prototype to the current note.

If the current TBX has no prototypes defined no pop-up list is shown.
