Open new notes immediately (v5.0.0-.2)

Open new notes immediately. Default = un-ticked. If ticked, a new note's text window is opened as soon as the note has been created (i.e. naming the note and closing the new note dialog).

From v5.0.1, this preference setting is ignored if in-place editing is enabled. This change avoids the note trying to open before the note has been properly named.

This feature was dropped in v5.1.0 as it was little used and because of the conflict with editing place.
