New notes use last-set prototype (only pre v5.8.0)

Tinderbox Icon

The following feature was removed in v5.8.0 as incremental changes in Tinderbox means that it was tending to apply an unwanted prototype rather than speed the application of a wanted one!

If using in-place editing, creating a new note initially sets its prototype to 'none'.

If not using in-place editing, creating a new note initially sets its prototype to the default prototype – the prototype most recently used.

Regardless of default settings, when editing outlines, you can easily set the prototype for any note by right-clicking the outline icon or the map icon prototype tab.
