This menu is accessed from the 'Key attributes:' button top left of the text window sidebar. Scroll the list and click any item to make it display at the top of the current note's text window. Any items already display show a bullet in front of them. Click any bulleted item to remove it from display in the note Window. Items displayed in the text window are listed in the same order as shown here.
User attributes are listed first - at the top of the menu.
Any displayed attributes are also listed as the $KeyAttributes attribute for that note. By manually re-editing the order of items in $KeyAttributes (in the note's Info view or via a Stamp/Quickstamp) you can alter the display order of items in a note window.
