Support should be your first port of call if your have problems with the app: registration/stability/file corruption/etc.
The various web resources like the TB forum and wiki are of more use in a 'how to' context, but note that:
- you're dealing with fellow users in these contexts
- it is not formal tech support.
If you need communication urgently, email tech support.
Note that Eastgate are a small company so don't have 24/7 staff, though users generally report very fast turnaround from support. If contacting support, in assessing how soon you may expect a reply do bear in mind your local time difference from Boston and things like national holidays.
